64bit windows version now added

Previously Steam only downloaded the 32bit version for windows users, but now I've added the 64bit version as well. This should run more reliably. You may need to reinstall Crocotile3d due to this change, if it doesn't do it automatically. Anyways, if you notice it installing again, this is why.
