Switching sprite horizontally or vertically

Fixed one thing that occured when you pressed on the palette, that made the horizontally or vertically switched sprite make an inverted horizontal or vertical sprite on the cursor. I also made it so that fast brush, slow brush and premultiply alpha can be used with them.
