Erase button and camera pan button changed

Now you will have to press D to activate erase mode and then D again to go back to draw mode. Middle mouse button now pans the camera.

If you go up one layer and erase, everything from the layer before that will be erased. But if you go up two layers above and erase, you will erase everything pixel by pixel.
