New feature: Drawing tiles

If you press ALT + N, you turn on the tile feature. Pressing CTRL + Q will disable it. When you are in tile mode, resizing the brush will make the spaces between the tiles smaller or larger. If you resize it above 1.0 it will make gaps between the tiles, if you resize it below 1.0 it will just tile on to the previous tile with the margin you put in.
