Added in Alpha Brush

Alpha brush is related to the balanced and unbalanced brush strokes. But it uses alpha/opacity instead of scaling. All of these can be combined together. I put this as a big update since this kind of thing does not get released that often. I don't have much to say or write down a big wall of text on a recent patch. But this is categorized as a big update following the Steam guidelines.
