Server Diagnostics Underway

Greetings,

First, thanks for playing the game in Early Access.

There is something going wrong with the servers right now and we are working on a fix. You will get frequent disconnects, lag episodes and the server will be down at some point today as we are doing diagnostics on the server.

We hope to come up with a fix today.

Mist Legacy now in Early Access

Greetings Adventurers!

At long last our game is now releasing a permanent game server for its Early Access. It's a very important step for the game and will allow us to have feedback on the game to steer the final part of the game development based on the player's comments and suggestions.


On the first week, we will mostly monitor the servers and make sure everything goes smoothly.
After that, the team will be finishing the next content update. On each release during the Early Access we will raise the maximum level and the skill caps and reputation caps for your character.

We have plenty of game content that is almost ready for release but we wanted to use a progressive approach to ensure the sanity of the server at the release. So, we will release them as consecutive patch during the Early Access.

Expect news about the next release sometime in the coming weeks.



The game is free, you should give it a try!

If you like the game and decide to help us by using the game shop, we have created a unique reward that will identify you, forever, as an early adopter of the game.

To gain your rewards, you just have to buy any of the offered packages.

Early Access Start moved to October 5

Greetings,

Because of a schedule conflict we are moving our release date by 24 hours to Tuesday, October 5*.

Progress for the release is going very well. The data for the EA is about to be locked, servers are put to the test, release pipelines are being created and we are testing, coding, writing, designing and drawing as much as we can to make sure the release will go smoothly.

The team is overly exited that the game will start finally get a permanent game server.

Early Access Open On October 4

Greetings everyone,

We promised we would give you some news about timing of the early access so here it is:

We will start the early access on October 4.

That's it.



Ok, if you want more detail, please read on.

The early access mode allows us to open the game even though the end game content is not yet completed. We will also use this time to polish the game and fix bugs to make it ready for full release. Advertisements to get new players will be limited during this period to ensure a smooth start.

The game shop will be open for early access and there will be a special offer that will make you an official pioneer of the game!



The game will be playable on PC on Steam in French and English. We will head up to other platforms and languages when the current version is bulletproof.

We are very excited that the adventure will finally kickoffs for real!

We have decided to bring back some of the teasers that were released on our Discord channel for those of you who follow us exclusively on Steam. We are using these to allow the community to see our progress on the game.

Today we are giving you the New Kortombourg. As the game progress, we needed more gameplay in the city, so we had to improve the image. The city is much bigger and better represents important places for the storyline. A new feature has the camera zoom-in when you are in a city so you feel more immersed and make navigation is much easier.

Yatika is currently working on defining the different clothing styles that will be available in the game. All of them should be available for you to craft in a future version of the game. Three materials per items with eight layers of items mixed with the future dyeing engine mean there will be thousands of ways to dress. To create your own style in Mist Legacy will be an epic challenge, you don't see that in many games.
