NOTE: Old Save Game Files won't work with this version

This build fixes the following items, and adds Steam Cloud Saves:

  • Added Cloud Saves (10 last saves synched by Steam)
  • Added auto Accept/Reject option for AI initiated trades
  • Units moving by Strategic Redeployment will cancel movement into battle or enemy regions
  • Updated game and manual to use terms Army, Air Fleet, and Naval Fleet to describe grouped units. Previously, these were referred to as Stacks. The old terminology was confusing, because the "stack" was displayed in-game as a single chit.
  • Fixed problem with Destroyer and Submarine losses not be recorded in the game statistics
  • Fixed problem where anti-tank guns weren't doing damage properly
  • Fixed problem with tank gun damage Calculation
  • Fixed problems with shipping losses not being recorded properly
  • Fixed problems with bombing losses not being recorded properly
  • Fixed problems with air to air interception not occurring in land regions without land units
  • Fixed problems with air to ground bombing not occurring in land regions without current land battle
  • Tuning: Reduced Factory Production Cost from 100 points for 52 weeks to 25 points to 26 weeks
  • Updated flag for China to use historical flag
  • Updated German flag to use pre-war flag
