This is a small bug fix update.

Bug Fixes:

Date on D-Day newspaper fly-in was incorrect.
Fixed move map for Palermo, Messina, Taranto and Regio regions to prevent them being used as a canal.
Estimates for raw material usage on the production screen were being understated for some production items.
