New Functionality:

When you produce units which consume fuel, the Production Screen will show the estimated fuel that will be consumed by the units, when opearated at full range.
The resource grids will now show a red warning icon when your estimated usage exceeds your additions.

Bug Fixes:

Production Item erroneously created with negative factory usage was causing crash.
