Starship Troopers: Extermination News

Attention Citizens,

Today is the first opportunity that a select handful of brave individuals will have to fight against the Bugs in Starship Troopers: Extermination. Intel has 5,000 keys available for an early playtest session that will run from December 1st through to December 15th. This will allow a selection of Citizens from around the world to be the first to play the game.

Starship Troopers: Extermination is still in early development, and this is by no means the final game. As such players who participate in this playtest must agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that they will only share details about the game, images, and videos, in a special Discord Server that we’ve created just for this playtest. Nothing can be shared with the public.

Greetings Citizens,

We are coming to you from Offworld Headquarters where we are hard at work equipping our troopers to fight the bug infestation of our colony worlds!

The development team for Starship Troopers: Extermination was incredibly exciting to share what they have been working on in secret with the world yesterday. The response has been amazing and everyone here at headquarters is determined to keep working even harder!

Those who refuse will be sent to the frontlines of the war against the Bugs!

With the team working to learn what they can about the bugs, both the kind that are meant to be in the game and the kind we are aiming to exterminate from the game code before its release, we may not be able to be as present here in the Steam forums as you might expect. We will have community team members from headquarters monitoring the morale of you, our Citizens, as well as providing you details as we’re ready to share them!

We are working to put together an FAQ that addresses some of your most common questions. This will help provide you with the information you need to know so that you can step into the fight in 2023 when Starship Troopers: Extermination hits Early Access.
