About the Undead update: units and more
[p]Pupultas![p]We continue shedding light on the changes the upcoming version will bring. Today we’ll look into the updated roster of units (and not only).
[p]First of all, though the Undead still prefer their own bodies as walls, the advantage of elevation is clear even for them. As such, they’ve developed construction techniques that allow for building special platforms from where they can shoot farther.
[p]Obviously, the new towers need more units to occupy them. The Hunting Fiend will make sure to rain death on those who dare to oppose the Song.

[p]Despite it not being a new unit, we can’t ignore Grim Pilgrims. You asked and we are delivering: they will be able to spawn their support group. Yes, the same way they can do it when they are the enemy (well, almost). You are paying for the research, though.[p]
[p]It’s always fun to watch whole armies explode in Diplomacy is Not an Option. So we’ve added a new artillery unit that creates explosions amidst enemy ranks — Thundering Amalgam. It may seem to be just an improved version of Machine O’Flesh, but both of them have their own strengths and weaknesses.[p]
[p]Drakes now have two more variants: apart from the Drake of doom, there are now the Drake of Progressive rock and the Drake of Hard rock, each with their own skill![p]
[p]The old Soil Defilers were also repurposed: now called Flesh collectors, they are a mobile wall unit that can cocoon and ignore damage, protecting their more squishier peers.[p]
[p]And a small video so you can see some of them in action![p]These are new units that will soon be added with the next update. As usual, we’ll be back with more news. Stay tuned!

[p]The map is beyond difficult. It will make you reload again and again… but sometimes the process of surviving is more fun than winning. Give it a try!
