Early Access 0.14.0e -- Fixes many broken worlds!

Implemented a solution to corrupted worlds, that will discard and regenerate chunks containing unreadable data
Added a quitting splash screen that notifies the server to end data operations to prevent corruptions (should also appear when quitting with alt+f4)
Fixed an issue where Points of Interest like waypoints or mines would sometimes disappear from the globe
Fixed an issue where dungeon icons would sometimes show at half opacity
Fixed an issue with the staff of sprinkles
