Changes
- Added refresh rates to the resolution dropdown, so you can play at 144fps
- Added loading screens with art by NikART
- Fixed the World Trip achievement breaking after adding Orbit
- Fixed the Learning the ABCs achievement not working on usernames that didn't start with an english letter
- Fixed players being able to use blank names
