Update 1.12.2

Added the Jack-o'-Lantern hat! This hat will be given permanently to all players who play from now until a week after Halloween.

Changes

• Removed the ping in the match list as it wasn't actually an accurate representation of your connection to other players (Redmatch 2 has distributed connections instead of a central host)
  
• Removed the Meet the Maker achievement
  
• Added the Betrayal achievement
