Updated PDF manual to be compatible with and explain new features from version 1.0 to 1.08e5
default/language/english/dictionary/general.txt added ShipsInClass for Unit Viewer tooltip
default/language/english/missions/pacific.txt corrected Battle of Cape Esperance date
Director "Stop" button now also cancels Fire At Will mode for that ship
Increased funnel smoke intensity
