Surprise patch and a new Frontier

[p]Surprised, Gunslingers? While working on our newest title, Nightmare Frontier, we stumbled upon a Hard West 2 patch It has been ready for a while but then it got lost in the wildlands. So we decided to brush it off and finally bring it to light.[/p][p]Here are the long-awaited fixes it introduces:[/p]

• [p]Fixed the blue dynamite shader bug.[/p]
• [p]Resolved certain edge case issues with achievements unlocking.[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue where the White Buffalo quest would not appear in some situations.[/p]
