After a 30 day campaign, we were unable to reach our Kickstarter goal for Night Spasm: Chapter 2. Don't worry, we're still going to release Chapter 2 in the future... it's just going to take longer. We still intend to deliver every promise we made about Chapter 2, but because the campaign didn't work out, we have a new idea!

We're launching a Kickstarter event for Night Spasm: Chapter 2! This is your chance to support our project in exchange for early-access codes, various merchandise, and even the opportunity to add your very own CUSTOM CONTENT into Chapter 2!

We've been excited ALL YEAR to show you guys what's coming to Chapter 2! Let's kick it off light yet fun with a few music previews, available on our Soundcloud page!

I think it's safe to say... music is our favorite part of developing Night Spasm! I've been blessed with such a wonderful crew willing to put their time into making music for Night Spasm! Whether they've hand-made us a song specifically for the game or they've proudly let us use their music for anything we want, each composer (all solo freelancers by the way) established the tone we want Night Spasm to give off. If it weren't for their creative musical masterpieces, the rest of us here at FanFaction probably would've lost our ways trying to figure out the feel of Night Spasm's world. The soundtrack is our guidance for storytelling. When we come up with a new character interaction or a battle scene, we make it our priority to connect the scenario to a music track. Sometimes we reference a song we've already used, or maybe we make a whole new song just to establish the concept to its roots!

In honor of our composers, I'd like to thank each composer who stuck with us from the beginning:

Thank you all for making our jobs easier. Back when I first directed the project, I was worried I had to compose the entire soundtrack myself! While I was glad to do so at the time, nothing I make could compare to the unique tracks brought by the music team! So thank you, musicians, for setting the stage!
