Reign of the legends Early Access Patch 14 Fixes 4

This update has fixes for Realm of Reflection stage floor, Mr. Hyde hitbox fixes, Steam invite fixes, and More.

This patch will be live within the set-ups at Summer Jam this weekend.

Fixed the missing texture on the stage floor on the Realm of Reflection stage
Fixed hitbox issues on certain attacks on all characters, this fixes issues of attacks not hitting when they should.
Steam invites are once again working after some code refactor to how match making works.
Fixed a issue that was causing blending to not work for all animations.
Fixed the ordering of Quality Settings in the graphics setting menu, also custom settings no longer override the Quality Settings customs settings only change when the default setting of the slider is changed.
THIS's EX Saw Spin is now blockable, this move was previously unblockable.
Fixed an issue with THIS's Helper attack that wouldn't allow it to be dodged by certain characters.
Mary's Helper attack the hit box now starts at frame 8 before it becomes a projectile up from frame 15.
Due to an input conflict issue Mary's Mirror Reflect will now use Strong as it's button for execution.
All characters are now able to Dash forward from an successful dodge instead of only certain characters.
Mr. Hyde's Front Grab Camera no longer goes out side of the stage bounds.
