Update 4.0.4

I just uploaded a very minor update to the 4.0 branch, with just some minor fixes. This is the last planned minor update, so unless there are game-crashing bugs that emerge, I'll be working on the 5.0 major update from now on. As always, you may have to restart Steam to download the update, and saved campaigns are still compatible. Changelog follows:



ADD: Campaigns can now define restrictions on tank models availible at start of campaign, used in Winter War (Finland)
FIX: Campaign day VP now properly modified after choosing to return to base
