New Physics in Closed Beta

[h2]Physics and Bodies[/h2]

Reworked hand physics from the ground! Now you can grab everything in game and even use objects to fight enemies.

And yes, you can grab the enemies too!

This large update comes with enother improvenemt — complex dismemberment system for the enemies bodies and visible damage. Also, they recieve damage and spoil blood when you hit them.

Today we are adding this only for Closed Beta and plan to add new physics for regular Steam Demo during next week.

These large improvements took some time and sets a foundation for future inprovenemts. Now we can start adding all the awesome things we were working on during this large rework!

In the future updates, expect to see big improvements in AI, meele weapons and some cool gory things that we don't want to spoil yet.

  • You can take any object, the fingers should align the form of the object you are holding.
  • New gun drag system — now the guns should not stuck in the objects they were laying/hanging on.


[h2]Enemies[/h2]
  • New body weight so you can hold and through them,
  • New limbs weight and realistic physics reaction to bullet damage.
  • Complex dismemberment and visible bullet damage.

  • New Metall tracks made of the previuos ones.
  • New shotgun (win12) sounds
  • Added placeholder sounds for almost all objects.
  • Added enemies reaction to meele damage.

As we are working ono levels for the main game, we still a looking for the best solution for Demo scene level.
Now we reworked it again to reach more FPS.
