Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector – First Official Tournament

First Official Tournament

The first official tournament for Battlesector is open for sign-ups, and there are still some spots available.

It is a PBEM Swiss system tournament played over the course of three rounds, each round lasting 14 days. It makes use of Slitherine's automated tournament system, which means our system will automatically pair you up with opponents in paired matches, and you will be receiving notifications when it is your turn to play. You can find the full rules here.

As the first public tournament, we consider this to be an Open Beta. We're looking forward to having a regular stream of online tournaments in 2022. You can join by clicking here (a Slitherine account is required, and you can register one for free) or directly from in-game.

The first round will begin on Tuesday December 14, so join in while you still can.

And speaking of December 14...

New Faction announced on December 14

Next Tuesday we will have some very interesting announcements for Battlesector fans.

First off, we'll announce the first playable faction to be added to the game. Secondly, we'll give you a sneakpeek at the next free update and at what it will contain. We don't want to give any spoiler, but it will really enhance the single player experience.

You can follow the announcement live during our Home of Wargamers Live+ stream on our Twitch channel at 3:10 pm UTC, or you can just come back on this page, where we will post a summary. See you next week!
