An Update & A Thank You!
This was originally just supposed to be a quick update that said that we're in the Yogscast Tiny Teams Festival. We even had our artist put together a cute picture showing off the entire team!

But when I sat down to write it I just felt like I had so much more to say. The past couple of weeks have been absolutely crazy for the Peglin team. We've seen so many new people playing the demo, sharing it with their friends and favourite streamers (moai_olgo if you're reading this you are the MVP), and of course Tweeting us, saying hi in the Discord, or posting in the Steam forums. The response has been so completely crazy that I'll actually be leaving my full-time job at the end of this week to focus on Peglin full time (while being slightly confident that we won't starve when we release it). All of your feedback and positive comments have completely blown us away and we are so so thankful to have such an incredible community coming together around the game.
I started working seriously on Peglin as something to distract myself when the pandemic started and we first locked down. I just wanted to work on something that would be chill and lighthearted (even when it gets difficult) and it really did do a lot to get me through the worst of it. To hear the game resonate with people and that it's providing some genuine enjoyment (even though it's still somewhat early in development) seriously means so much to me.
We still have a lot of work to do, but there is nothing else I would rather be doing and I promise that we'll continue working away to provide the best possible game that we can.
Thank you all so much!
And don't forget to check out some of the other awesome indie games in the Tiny Teams Festival!
