Bugfix Update 1.0.20250831

[p]While we're still hard at work on the 1.1 feature update, this patch includes a few bugfixes we wanted to get to customers in 1.0, sooner. This includes:[/p][p][/p]
  • [p]Fixes a softlock when performing certain world map traversal actions[/p]
  • [p]Fixes a hang when fighting a certain enemy in Cordelia's chapter[/p]
  • [p]Fixes a hang when providing unexpected input during a minigame in chapter 9[/p]

NextFest Demo Feedback Fixes

[p]We've pushed a new build with lots of bugfixes thanks to everyone playing the demo and providing feedback during Next Fest. Improvements include:[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where using the "Narrow font" caused the party order to reset after every battle.[/p]
  • [p]Using potions in the menu has been made much faster. Other items are also faster.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some collisions that allowed the player to leave the map.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where loading during a puzzle caused the puzzle to break.[/p]
  • [p]Improved clarity on one of the puzzles in Stral.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug on the Chapter Select screen where the volume would reset after one loop.[/p]
  • [p]Tomes now correctly show the sale price as 0 (they cannot be sold).[/p]
  • [p]Right shoulder button no longer causes the player to run.[/p]
  • [p]Add a small amount of "coyote time" to dialogue to help stop players from accidentally skipping short dialogue messages.[/p]
  • [p]Removed battle summary screen during the prologue combat scenes.[/p]
  • [p]Various tileset clipping and layering issues have been fixed.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where the player could get stuck in a wall during certain cutscenes.[/p]
  • [p]Revised some dialogue, skill descriptions for clarity.[/p]

Demo Update: Fixed for EU Players!

[p]We've pushed an update to the demo containing some important bug fixes and other improvements.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a combat crash for French players. This also fixes laggy sound effect issues for other EU countries.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue causing temporarily unresponsive inputs on the title screen.[/p]
  • [p]Made some improvements to the opening sequence in Nikolai's chapter.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some issues with enemy attack animation placement.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed application of defensive buffs during the prologue chapter.[/p]
