Adjusted volume of some sound effects.
Updated some NPC locations.
Adjusted cost of some items.

Bug Fixes:

Healing item Goo recovering the wrong amount.
Incorrect cost display on Flopsberg Ticket item.
Saved game message not clearing if main menu opened at the same time.
"Faster movement" option wasn't working on all maps.
Some shops allowed players to access main menu when they shouldn't be able to.
Some enemies could drop dummied out items in rare circumstances.
Bug in the third digging minigame stage.
