Some more improvements for Wall Ninja.

The update list:
+ Fixed geese not lowering volume when lowering master volume
+ Added a helpful sign to Castle Dungeon
+ When loading up the game for the first time / resetting save file will set master volume at 50% instead of 100% to prevent potential ear damage
+ Reworked the input system for the player. It should now support controller input for player movement. (Only tested for xbox 360 and xbox one controllers. It should also work for playstation / steam controller, but if not, let me know via the Wall Ninja Bug Forum.
- ! Important. The people that played before v2.2.0 might have their save file corrupted, but this should not happen as I implemented a feature that should detect older save files and upgrade the saved keybindings to the new version. If this is not the case and you want to keep your progress, please let me know via the forums.
+ Fixed a bug that allowed the player to jump backwards
+ Fixed a bug that prevented the player from jumping sometimes and instead just walked forward
+ Reduced button select volume
+ Reduced intro cutscene (27 -> 19 seconds)
+ Default starting resolution is now 1280x720
+ Fixed some tiny pixel gaps at areas
+ Reduced music waiting time (300 -> 240 seconds)

- Forgot to mention this in v2.1.0, Castle Gate towers have their slanted collision removed, as this was too much of an RNG punishment
