Revisions to the controller radial menu

🎯 [UI] The controller radial menu has been revised. It now behaves more closely to the variant used in Diablo 3.
🎯 [Bug fix] A few issues that could lead to the main quest being set to an already completed quest have been fixed (this previously required manually setting the desired quest again in the quest log screen).
