A new skill, a new event, and various other changes!

🎯 [Skill] A new Vagrantis T3 skill called "Turret Damage Booster" has been added: On-board turret damage is increased based on the number of available turrets. Fewer turrets mean more damage.
🎯 [UI] Updated some particle effects.
🎯 [UI] Bullet spread is now shown in weapon tooltips.
🎯 [UI] Adding/removing a sensor now causes a smoother zooming effect.
🎯 [Misc] The map with the final boss in Act 2 has been revised to make it maneuverable with slightly bigger ships
🎯 [Misc] Several maps in Act 2 have been enlarged.
🎯 [Misc] Revised the tutorial map.
🎯 [Event] A new event has been added to Act 4.
🎯 [Performance] Performance improvements have been made by drawing less details for small entities when a low zoom is employed.

🎯 [Balance] Turrets effectiveness has been buffed for larger ships based on their number of turrets. Turrets on a large ship with few turrets are slightly more effective than those on a large ship with many turrets.
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed the evaluation order of buffs to correctly convert active buffs for the Axiom T7 skill "Armament Transformer".
🎯 [Bug fix] Fixed a bug that caused some on-board turret buffs to not be applied correctly.
