August 6 Hotfix

Hey, Chris here with two quick fixes for Tyrannis.

1. Resolution can now be selected in the Settings Menu. Just go to "Options," "Resolution," then "Preset" to change the screen resolution to any preset options.
   
2. The Region Controller map overlay is fixed.
