Tyrannis Christmas Hotfix

 • Okay, that should fix the graphics glitch for the Americas map.
 • And the deployment text should work as well.
 • Unit numbers should also be the right color now for all the maps.

Anyways, I'm gonna go sleep now.

Tyrannis: Reboot Update

Because I can't go vanishing for a few weeks without explaining where I've been, can I?

Or months, I guess.

Anyways, I've been working on the update for Tyrannis to improve the entire UI.

As in, all of it.

Everything should look a lot cleaner now, with a new green tone that should be easier on the eyes.

That, and I fixed that custom faction icon glitch with the swords icon.

Anyways, trailer is to come out in a few hours.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Tyrannis: Bolivar's Legacy Update

Ah Colombia.

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]

Home of beautiful beaches, bountiful resources, corrupt corporations, American nationalists, and corrupt nationalistic American corporations who would like nothing more than to have it back under their control.

Yeah, those guys are jerks.

And you're going to have to chase them out. Again.

New Maps
Venezuela
There's a saying over there: "Plant the oil." Well, our mercenary friends seem to be more interested in taking the oil and planting the locals. That's going to have to change.
Colombia
The coca plant is one part of Colombia's vast flora. Somebody should emphasize the "vast" part, because it seems like the local mercenaries and their bosses have a disturbingly large interest in this cash crop. Which means they'll have to go from here, too.
Ecuador
Back in the Spanish Empire, the Spanish would treat the native people like second-class citizens and exploit them for their labor. The mercenaries of Continental Armed Security Services (CASS) are proud to continue such a tradition. You're going to continue the locals' tradition of shooting at people who do that.

And that's another update in the bag!

Sorry for the delay. Needed a week off for mental health.

Next update, "Libertad," will be coming tomorrow.

Tyrannis: Por La Unión Update

When asked about Peru and Bolivia, a man once said that his country could coup anyone they wanted to, and that the rest of the world had to deal with it.

The people who actually lived in those countries begged to differ.

Performance Upgrades

[previewyoutube][/previewyoutube]
A few performance upgrades should decrease the lag on all of the updated maps.

New Maps
North Peru
Lima is the heart of Peru. And oh boy, are you going to need a lot of people to hold it.
South Peru
The Andes are a perfect place for a rebellion, and an utter pain to do counterinsurgency in.
Bolivia
Santa Cruz and La Paz are the two centers of Bolivia. And an occupying force is going to be hard-pressed to hold them both.

And that does it for this update! I hope you enjoy it!
