Song Of The Prairie version 1.0 will be released in July 31.

Appreciation form all stuff for your support and patience to Song Of The Prairie, which is the most important motivation for us to be able to arrive at 1.0.
After a 482-days early access, here comes 1.0 in July 31, 2024. We’ve updated 4 major versions and 64 times patch updating. Each version came with new content and optimizations. Every patch and update has completed this game.

We were excited to be able to keep bringing you information about new releases during Early Access, it was one of the most exciting times for our team every time we shared changes and new content with you. And every time we edited a major update preview, we always looked forward to the coming of 1.0, but never thought this moment arrives so fast!
Now, the 1.0 is just around the corner, let's take a look at the preview!

This time the new content is more about graphic and visual effects. Now let’s follow the gameplay order to take a look about this section.
[h3]New Logo[/h3]
The idea of changing the logo has came to us a long time ago, and now we've been able to implement it. We hope changing a logo could fit the casual and cozy feelings of our game better. And by the time you read this , perhaps the new logo will have appeared on the store page with the poster.

[h3]Adjusted Main Menu[/h3]
We’ve changed main menu in the past, it was barely okay. Later on, it was more or less adjusted in each version. Now, with the new logo, we have made adjustments to the main menu again.
●Replaced game logo.
●Changed the UI to match new logo.
●Added the distant scene to make it more visually transparent.
●Adjusted the color tone of the main menu.

[h3]Redid Opening Scene of Goddess Space[/h3]
In the past we received feedback from players that the opening cutscene was a bit rough. After discussions, we realized that there was still significant room for improvement in visual effects.
So, we optimized the overall visual effect of the Goddess Space section at the beginning of the game. The main color of this space was changed from green to blue, a new scene was created to make the performance richer, and the visual effects in this scene will be more vivid and beautiful, besides, the dialog box has been redrawn.
Finally, the new opening cutscene reached our initial goal after a full remake, the visual effect of this part was significantly improved. Of course, the main purpose of the remake is still hoping this change could bring you a better gaming experience.

Animations and Optimizations
Added animations in Character Creating Interface
Character Creating section has seen many changes in the past updates, now this part will be more complete.
In this interface, we have added new animations for characters of different countries and professions. Now their performance should be more natural and distinctive.

Optimization of "Using Item" Animation.
We optimized characters animation while they are using consumable props, now it looks more reasonable.
In the past: after using a consumable item, the character would do a rigid animation of taking back and out.
Now: after using a consumable item, if a same prop is still in the backpack, the character will smoothly animate to the action of holding the item. If the item is completely consumed, character will return to the normal standing posture and will not hold anything.
Consumable props are mainly: dishes, fruits and disposable toys (such as bamboo dragonflies) and other props.

[h3]Resource Optimization[/h3]
We have never stopped optimizing the running performance of the game. Lasting the optimization of the past updates, this time we have re-split all models and texture, the main reason is to optimize the game loading.
We have split and reorganized all visible graphical content, which includes, all buildings and scenery items, as well as animals, crops and seeds, and content like clothing and ornaments, lastly are decors and tools that have been added to the game.
In fact, the Prairie Town is essentially seamless, basically, only a few situations will need to be loaded. We summarized the current loading situation. Thank for the long-term resource management and optimization, we’ve achieved something in game-loading aspect. for now, the loading efficiency was significantly improved from starting the game to the main menu. The efficiency of entering and exiting the Underground World has also been improved. About reading save files, we are still working on it and will continuously optimize this part.

[h3]Soundtrack and Digital Art[/h3]
This compilation includes the most iconic digital art and soundtrack, which were an important part of how we developed Song Of The Prairie.
We've added an "Extra" button in main menu, just click on the button in the upper left corner of main menu to check what DLC you have. If you purchased the Soundtrack and Digital Art, you can view them in this place.
Note: Only released DLC will be displayed in this place, unreleased DLC will not be displayed in here (Like items from crowdfund)

[h3]New Story and Quests[/h3]
This time, we have added romance and marriage storyline for six residents, includes Huan, Jin, Wallis, Pauline, JiYue, and Rhode. Their storyline were completed and have been expanded for romance and marriage now. If you like them, now you can get closer to them now!
This update has also added the performances of these six characters when you are chatting with them during the date. In the past, they performed generic animation, but now a unique performance animation has been made for each of them, which is more in line with their personalities and habits.
A new side quest has been added, and you will acquire a new toy, Gatling, when you finish this quest. Currently there are 4 types of ammo available for it, rocks, firecrackers, water balloons and peas. According to Du, the orchard owner, this is a holy weapon that can be used for exorcism.
[h3]Prosperity Rewards[/h3]
In version 0.7 we added the Prosperity System, which gives a rating mechanism for town building. The purpose was to provide a non-compulsory building goal for players, while still allowing them to gain something from constructing the town.
Now we've enriched the Prosperity System by offering attractive Prosperity Rewards for each rating. When Prosperity Rating reaches the corresponding level, the corresponding reward and purchasable appearance items will be unlocked.
There are currently five prosperity levels [D/C/B/A/S], each of which has high-value items for you. Directly awarded items includes "Fairytale Style Tool Kit", "Guardian Spirit Statue", "Large Greenhouse", "Fairytale Style Outfits", and "Fennec Fox Spirit Egg". The rest are purchasable or blueprints appearance items.

Added Greenhouse System
The town has finally introduced a new growing technology, greenhouse farming! This technology will soon be applied, making it possible for characters to eat vegetables out of season.
The greenhouse system is an important part of the farming gameplay, which will need to be unlocked by Prosperity System. When prosperity level reaches C, the store will unlock the purchase of "small greenhouses", which will be the time to unlock the greenhouse system.
Just place a purchased greenhouse in any planting area of their farms, you will not need the help for helpers or constructor, just place it in the spot you want. How to plant in greenhouse is exactly the same as you did in your farm, except that greenhouses change the growing environment, thus making it possible to grow anti-seasonal vegetables. If you want to grow, just plant seeds in the greenhouse area.
It should be noted that the greenhouse only provides the function of anti-seasonal planting, the maturity cycle in the greenhouses is the same as the original.

New Companion: Fennec Fox
The new pet is a collaborated achievement between us and one of the crowdfunders, who came up with an idea that we refined in communication.
Fennec, also known as the Desert Fox, is the world's smallest fox and is listed on CITES. Due to its cuteness and the desire to express the protection of wildlife, we finally decided to use this little cutie as the prototype for our new pet.
Like a default spirit, Fennec Fox needs to be hatched from an egg, and you can give it a cute name after hatching. When she grows to a certain level, she will also be able to fly.

[h3]100 Level in Underground World![/h3]
Extra! Extra! It turns out that the underground world below Prairie Town also hides 100th floor!
But we can't reveal too much about this section to keep the mystery. However I can say that the 100th floor is a part that we spent most of the time.
We've distributed a lot of art resources for this part, such as two new scenes, new action animations and effects, new storyline, new music and voice acting, new character images, and more.
As for what secrets are hidden on the 100th floor, we invite you to find out for yourself.
