PogoChamp now works properly on Steam Deck!
Unfortunately it won't show "Steam Deck Verified" on the store page until Valve gets around to verifying it.

- FEATURE: The game works properly on Steam Deck now.
- BUG FIX: Fixed rounding error in "Best Time" display.
- BUG FIX: Sheep on Shepherd now wait before randomly moving, to prevent degenerate speedrun strategies.
