Minor update

This one's mainly about stuff under the hood, but there are some new things too. *Trouble with your crew* and that whole system should now be a bit more interesting and diverse, as well as being better balanced (upgrades to the engine are enabling a lot of new, subtle changes to how things are balanced). The big push is still Chapter Two. There's a lot of stuff in testing for this currently, and it'll be the end of March at the latest.

• Made some tweaks and fixes to tucking and having a bulge.
  
• Fixed not being able to make the first step with the penis sound.
