An Update on Logging into Servers

Dear Players,

We are glad to give you an update on the current situation. After a hard day’s work, we managed to fill the loophole by adding steam verification to the game. However, due to the high requirements of steam verification for different Internet environments, some players still cannot log in. We are negotiating with steam for a solution.

In the previous maintenance, we temporarily changed the verification mechanism to improve the chance of successful login: if the first verification after login is valid, there is no need to further verify. But before the problem is fully fixed, please consider if you need to quit the client based on personal preference (keeping the client active will save further verification). We will try to recommend a complete solution ASAP.

For players still have problems logging in, we recommend that you collect compensation after the full repair of the server. The compensation is valid for 30 days. If you have already collected the compensation, please deposit them in the cabinet ASAP, so as to avoid unnecessary loss.
