Myth of Empires Season 1 - Season Rules Sneak Peek

Season 1 of Myth of Empires Seasonal Servers begins this Saturday, May 25. In the meantime, we have put together a list of new rules and settings that will be applied on these servers. Players who have questions or feedback about these rules should feel free to reach out to us on our official communities.
Here are some of the specific rules that will be applied to the Seasonal Servers:
- Every time a character levels up, all of its weapon and armor-type proficiencies will increase by 15 levels.
- The rate at which non-combat proficiency is acquired is increased 5 times.
- Guild Activity and its upper limit is increased 3 times.
- The rate at which Honor is acquired is significantly increased, and there are more ways to acquire it.
- Copper Coins required to breakthrough Expertise are reduced by 90%.
- The time required to craft items is reduced by 90%.
- 50 Recipe Points and 50 Comprehension are granted upon character creation.
- Resource collection output multiplier is increased to 3x or higher.
- The Carrying Capacity of characters, warriors, mounts, and carriages is significantly increased.
- Copper Coins acquired from NPCs and resource collection are increased and are not subject to daily limits.
- The amount of Silk Moths collected is significantly increased.
- When a character dies, items in equipment slots and on the shortcut bar will not drop, and will instead lose 10% Durability.
- Seasonal Servers have longer Boundary Marker protection times than other servers.
- Shields lose less Durability when attacked by watchtowers, and damage taken upon penetrations is reduced.
- Expanded the number of guilds an alliance can have, while imposing a 50-player limit on alliances.
- Players who reach 250,000 points this season will get exclusive seasonal skins, which can be used on other official servers and custom servers.
- Merits will be awarded at the end of the season based on the number of points players receive. These Merits can be exchanged for various items in the Guild Shop on non-seasonal servers.
