Dear players:

Dear players:
Myth of Empires will undergo a temporary maintenance on June 22 from 23:00 to 01:00 UTC the following morning (two hours). Make sure to log off before then to avoid any losses. Maintenance time may be extended as needed. Thank you for your understanding.
We are fixing issues based on player feedback and will continue to do so. Here are the changes included in this update:
New Additions:
1.Added Heavy Penetration talent for bows, crossbows, and throwing weapons
2.Added Heavy Penetration items and related recipes
3.Added Physique talents: Stability I, Stability II
4.Added Shield talent: Rock Solid
5.Added Taming talents: Intimidation I, Intimidation II
6.Added Boundary Marker Structure value and other related guild tech
Optimizations and Adjustments:
1.Warriors and mounts placed in the Guild Depot no longer occupy their original owner’s subordinate slots
2.Boundary Markers can now only be placed on the ground
3.Large mount structures now deal extra damage to generals
4.The decay speed of large mount structures has been reduced to 20% of the original value
5.Optimized number of slots and unlock conditions for traits shown after mount is born
6.Adjusted taming level of rhinos and elephants to reduce damage dealt by hunting talents
Bug Fixes:
1.Fixed bug where equipment would not be worn properly due to character size
2.Fixed bug preventing some players from properly receiving Season Contribution
Season 2 Content:
1.Season 2 time: June 24 at 16:00 UTC until September 24 at 16:00 UTC

3.Points rewarded for becoming Prefect have been increased from 300,000 to 500,000
4.Once Renown reaches 300,000, getting more Renown will no longer yield Season Points

Myth of Empires double weekend event is coming!

Dear players,

The Myth of Empires will be holding a Limited Weekend event from 6/25 at midnight UTC until 6/27 at midnight UTC.

Servers: Official Servers
Event Time: 6/25 at midnight UTC - 6/27 at midnight UTC
Details:
1. Crop output is doubled
2. Warrior/Mount taming speed is doubled
3. No cooldown for cross-server functionality

Season 2 will open on June 24th 16:00 UTC Multiplier settings confirmed

Previously, we have shown you guys some of the detailed settings of Season 2. After taking some advice and we decided to change a few things, here is the final version of Season 2 multiplier settings:

The Exp. Multiplier has changed to 1 for week 1, 2 for week 3, and 5 for week 5. It will increase gradually until the end of the season. Increased non-combat proficiency multiplier, optimized currency drop rate, optimized tame efficiency, cub growth rate, added elephant and rhino growth rate multiplier, and increased efficiency on crafting and repairing.

Besides these, we have also changed the caps on character levels and proficiency. Week 1 will be caped on lvl. 35 and proficiency 525, week 2~3 will be lvl.45 proficiency 675, and from week 4 it will be lvl.60 proficiency 900.

FAQs about Myth of Empires Season 2

Hello, everyone. We have sorted through and answered some of the most frequently asked questions about Myth of Empires Season 2. You will find these answers below. Thank you for supporting Myth of Empires!

I. How can I claim rewards from Season 1?
1. The rewards for reaching 100,000 points in the season can be claimed now. Press ”i” to open the Season interface, then click the reward to claim it.
2. The Season 1 Guild Points Ranking Top 10 reward can be claimed once Season 2 starts.
3. After Season 1 ends, players will get season points that they can exchange for rewards on Season 2 servers. Pop into the game once Season 2 starts to see which specific rewards you can get! In addition to season points, you’ll also get season contribution, which you can use in Guild Shops on official servers to get rewards, as well.

Important: Players using the Steam client version of the game will need to bind an International Edition account, otherwise they will not be able to claim rewards.

1. Character EXP acquisition rate is lower on Season Servers than normal servers in Season Two. Won’t leveling up take longer?
As many players have noticed, leveling up in Myth of Empires is related to collection, crafting, etc. As a result, when collection rate is increased and crafting time is reduced, your character will actually accumulate EXP much more quickly. You’ll see what we mean when you play during Season 2.

2. Is there any change to the amount of Copper Coins from Boundary Markers?
In Season 2, the amount of Copper Coins from Boundary Markers is the same on Season Servers as it is on normal servers, but NPCs will drop Copper Coins at an increased rate. Currently, the Copper Coin drop rate multiplier is 10, which will be increased as the season progresses. Additionally, the Copper Coins required for learning skills will be reduced to 10% that of normal servers.

3. Are underwater tunnels still banned?
Don’t worry. Underwater tunnels are still banned in Season 2.

4. Guild and Player limit for alliances
An alliance can now consist up to 3 guilds, while the member limit is capped at 50.

5. Elephant and rhino buffs in Season 2
The HP and damage of elephants and rhinos in Season 2 have been greatly increased. We may tweak this more throughout the season depending on results and player feedback.

6. Will beast mounts be updated in Season 2?
According to our current update plan, beast mounts will be updated during Season 2. These mounts will be available on both Season Servers and normal servers. Stay tuned for an official announcement for more details.

7. Will there be events where we can get Renown in Season 2?
Every player who participates in Season 2 will get an initial Renown of 200,000. You also won’t need to worry about low Renown affecting your Nobility. As far as specific events go, stay tuned to official announcements throughout the season.

8. Will Combat Proficiency be changed in Season 2?
As mentioned in previous announcements, your character’s Combat Proficiency will increase as they level up. When your character reaches Lv. 60, your Combat Proficiency will be Lv. 900. There is no specific multiplier per se, however.
