Dear Players,

After the latest update, we’ve basically fixed the issue causing the Steam authentication error.
For users with special character “#” in steam display name, you may still encounter the authentication error, and we are expected to fix this issue in tomorrow’s update. Temporarily deleting “#” in your steam display name will help you pass the authentication.

Because the safety issues of user account are fixed, we decided to activate character deletion now. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

We are more than excited to announce that the double EXP event is coming! From Dec.4th 8:00 UTC to Dec.5th 8:00 UTC, players will be able to enjoy twice the EXP!

Dear MOE Players,

All servers will be down for maintenance at 11 pm UTC. The maintenance is expected to last for 30 mins. Please get ready to log off to avoid unnecessary loss. The following updates are expected after the maintenance:

1. Fixed a bug where you can build a large animal pen near the opponent’s building.

2. Fixed a bug where a dead guild member being kicked out can still use the guild tech.

3. Now you can’t put merchant’s products into the cart for cross-server teleport.

4. Now the in-game description for the rabbit catching quest is more succinct and more precise.

5. Optimized the map and fixed some cases where items are floating in the air.

6. Fixed some cases where players can't learn Art of Improvement - Binge Eating.

7. Now the auto repair’s time interval of Crafter’s Bench is raised from 600s to 3600s.

8. Now the multiplier of the large building’s durability is raised from 2 to 3.5, EXP and crafting time raised from 1 to 3.5.

9. Now the magistrate and his guild members can control the outer defensive wall of his county.

10. Optimized the start time of Fortress Battle in European Servers.

11. Updated the translation contributed by community volunteers. (By Nov. 30th)

Dear Players,

We are glad to give you an update on the current situation. After a hard day’s work, we managed to fill the loophole by adding steam verification to the game. However, due to the high requirements of steam verification for different Internet environments, some players still cannot log in. We are negotiating with steam for a solution.

In the previous maintenance, we temporarily changed the verification mechanism to improve the chance of successful login: if the first verification after login is valid, there is no need to further verify. But before the problem is fully fixed, please consider if you need to quit the client based on personal preference (keeping the client active will save further verification). We will try to recommend a complete solution ASAP.

For players still have problems logging in, we recommend that you collect compensation after the full repair of the server. The compensation is valid for 30 days. If you have already collected the compensation, please deposit them in the cabinet ASAP, so as to avoid unnecessary loss.
