If we had to describe the soundtrack of Graven in a single word, that word would be “tragedy”.
The main theme that plays in the menu is the first thing the players will hear when they start the game. Our composer, Nikola Nikita Jeremic, started bold in order to capture your attention. The game is about a man who used to be a protector of faith and went in the wrong direction after he was struck by personal tragedy, and we wanted to convey the inner turmoil he goes through. This is the starting point of our ominous soundtrack, and the way it was composed manages to evoke just that.
