Update: Mayors system removed, Free Mode re-balance

Update is available on Steam!

As we said before, we removed Mayors system along with the only in-game purchase. Not everyone was okay with it, and we heard you.

Also, we made some work on Free Mode balance considering your wishes.

The main task for us now is to release the long-waited Challenge editor.
