Participate in beta test of the new map look!
We overhauled the look of the map and improved quite a lot of things. Now we need to know your opinion on the new look, and this is why we're launching the public test. If you want to take a look, you can switch to a closed branch on Steam. Please take note that Scenario Editor doesn't work in this branch.
Please write us whether you liked the new map look. It's important for us to know your opinion!
To switch to the testing branch, find the game in Steam Library, right-click on it and choose "Properties". From there, go to "Betas" tab and enter the code FCpublictest. After that, you'll be able to switch to the branch named "public_test" above the text field. Important notice: don't forget to switch back to the default branch after you are finished testing, or you won't get new updates in the future.
Here's what was changed:
- New map appearance.
- Added "Upgrade all planes" in route window.
- Added a possibility yo buy planes of level 3 or level 5 right when creating a route or adding a new plane to an existing route.
- Camera movement can now be sped up by holding Shift.
- Animation of opening and closing Pause window is now faster.
- If you click on the name of the route in plane's pop-up, now you'll get to the route pop-up.
- Now top UI doesn't get blurred upon random event. It allows you to take a decision based on your current amount of money.
- Fixed inability to scroll through routes connected to a city.
- Other minor improvements.
