Hi Golfers,

Over the next month I'll be working my way through a backlog of bugs, and hopefully fixing any that you've run into recently! This patch fixes three of the most commonly reported problems:

• Teams now display down the side (instead of across the top) to avoid blocking the flag.
  
• I fixed a bug where you wouldn't get the ball skin that you selected during setup.
  
• I fixed an issue where players would disappear during the game setup.
