SCP: Escape Together Roadmap Release

We are pleased to announce that we have created a roadmap for upcoming features to SCP: Escape Together. The roadmap currently only consists of V0.2.1.7 upcoming features- as time goes on we will expand it, including adding upcoming versions and features, and providing overall more transparency as to what we've been working on.
