Update 0.1.47.36

Added Steam online check before a single-player game and multi-player game is playable. Multi-player mode is not yet available for play.
Changed all carnivore eating sounds to some better sounds. The sounds are different depending on the dinosaur's size.
All dinosaurs now have a primary attack sound.
Some dinosaur attack sounds now have a delay before they are played.
Fixed a case of the camera seeing through the terrain.
