Patch 1.2.12

  • Out of range resources (edible plants,trees,starfish, etc) are now hidden and once in range they will be shown.
  • Out of range food (carcasses, plant pieces, etc) are now hidden and once in range they will be shown.
  • Edible plants/trees/aquatic food show/hide distance now uses the same distance as the creature show/hide distance.
  • Creatures underwent a tuning pass for movement speed. Some of them remain the same and those that were extremely out of tune were adjusted.
  • Inostrencevia's movement speed has been reduced.
  • Human's movement speed has been reduced.
  • Diplocaulus' movement speed has been reduced.
  • Archelon is now much slower on land and is much faster in water.
  • Ichthyostega is now slower on land and in water. Its body no longer sticks out of the water as much.
  • Carnotaurus' movement speed has been reduced.
  • Albertosaurus' spine animator was fixed and should no longer stretch or duplicate his body.

Patch 1.2.11

  • Reworked the deciduous biome to be a new jungle biome with all new grass, plants, and trees.
  • Reworked the prairie biome with all new grass and plants.
  • Reworked the coniferous biome with all new grass, plants, and trees.

Patch 1.2.8

  • Updated the Unity Engine to version 6.1, up from 6.0.
  • This brings engine performance improvements, bug fixes, and reduced ram usage.
  • If your game shows a black screen and will not advance passed it, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Patch 1.2.7

AI creatures are now walking and running at the correct speed and are no longer faster than intended.

Patch 1.2.6

Updated the Unity Engine from version 6000.0.37 to 6000.0.46 to try to fix any engine bugs, engine performance issues, or to gain any engine improvements.

Updated some 3rd party asset systems.
