Removed some unused ground textures, optimized other textures, and reduced the game's ram requirements slightly.
AI Eating (Feature Patch)
AI creatures can now eat when hungry. When eating, AI will remove food from their target and restore some hunger and hydration and will grow slightly if younger than an adult. This means you can grow your hatchlings now.
AI now regenerate stamina faster, but only when not fleeing and while they have no aggro.
If your creature is a hatchling, it can once again smell insects.
Seaweed motion has been toned down.
Underwater reflections have been disabled because there was a rendering problem with them.
View distances for underwater have been increased in the Great Sands map, and for the freshwater in the Savage Lands map.
Elasmosaurus dominance value has been reduced to half of its previous value to account for neck length not being the same as body length.
Player land/air collision with rocks and tree trunks should be working now.
Optimized some creature code.
Patch 1.1.42
Fixed a crash that could happen for some users.
Patch 1.1.36
Added a guide with pages of information about different game topics. More info will be added to the guide over time. Access the guide by going to the details menu (Tab key) and then clicking on the "Guide" button.
Ram Usage Reduced to around 13gb
Reduced the amount of system ram the game uses down from around 19-24gb to around 13gb.
After the game is run one time after this update, the text file called Options_Spawning.iop will have some addition spawn settings you can adjust to fine-tune how many dinosaurs, critters, and edible plants/trees/aquatic food spawns. This file is located with the rest of your save game files. Increasing these default values may increase the amount of system ram the game uses.
Fixed a glitch where the Options_Spawning.iop file wasn't loading and saving the correct values.
