v0.19.6 - Job Panel & device construction redone
Next update with improvements to existing features :)

- Job Panel - job description show more details
- Job Panel - show all jobs instead of few highest priority ones
- Construction improved - now, you can stop construction & deconstruction at any moment
- Show items in the device during its construction & deconstruction
- Fixed loading devices in the 'Waiting for resources' construction phase
- Fixed way of showing items required over the constructed device (it was showing on top of passing by crew)
