Hello Trivia-heads!
This regular update was focused on on finding more convenient ways for lobbies to get populated! After some experiments, we've settled on adding room codes in addition to the current join methods!
Players told us that invites being limited to Steam friends was inconvenient for both Discord groups and streamers. In response to this we have now added room codes! We hope this new join option will help you find additional convenient options to play with friends, fans and randoms.

[h3]Room Codes[/h3]
- Games can now be joined through room codes!
- Even private games can be joined by room code! This means you can invite players without needing them on your Steam friends list
- A lobby's room code is visible in the Lobby Settings Menu and during gameplay in the Pause Menu
- Room codes are invisible unless they are being hovered by the mouse (or for gamepads, while right trigger is pressed). Handy for streamers!
- The Server Menu has been updated to include a text box where you can enter room codes to join games!
[h3]Question Database Update[/h3]
- Completing our focused efforts to improve the mathematics category, the incorrect answers to math questions will now be in a closer range to the right answer and feature options that players are likely to accidentally calculate. Keep your mental math sharp! The difficulty just went up!
- Added nearly 50 additional questions, the vast majority suggested by the Discord community! Thank you to everyone who has suggested questions so far!
- Fixed some typos and cleaned up the wording on a variety of questions. Thanks to all of you who took the time to report these to us directly!
[h3]Other Changes[/h3]
- Added more secret codes! Some codes will be released on Twitter and Discord so stay tuned! Or you can sleuth them our yourself!
- Added a new color option to the anime hair that fans have been vocal about!
- The in-game logo has been given a white border to help it stand out!
- A still-unfound hidden cosmetic now has a description when it is unlocked!
[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
- Fixed a bug where Steam would still mark the player as playing Trivia Tricks if they followed the in-game Discord or Twitter links until they closed the tab or browser
- Clicking the team avatar in the Tab Menu will now open the MVP's Steam profile
Over the next two weeks we will be adding some new bosses for you to take on in Co-Op mode!
