- parties can now take loans
- 2 new articles "First aid course" for secundary education law and "Non-urgent care fees" for public health
- parliaments can have now election every 3, 4 or 5 years

FIXES
- AI government won't remove their own measures anymore
- government measure where not correctly removed
- color was sometimes not selectable on party creation
- additional small improvements and corrections
- bug afflicting windows, particularly on law creation
- softlock on motion of confidence
- more bugs concerning laws removal/approvement
- if party has no lawmakers on votes, vote automatically abstain
- possibility to changes seat
- a softlock that occoured sometimes when playing with custom party
