- improvements to party AI and nation AI
- added conditions system to see what's going on. For example: General election
- added much more useful information like borrower of a loan
- more information to people's history
- improvements to party membership distribution
- if player leaves multiplayer game, and AI continues

- can't give holidays anymore to person that takes already holidays
- can't anymore adjust salary every week
