Progress Report: Episode 1

[p]Hello, everyone!
Once again, It's time to share the progress we've made on the game's enhanced version. We've implemented all of the fixes for Episode 1 with our new writer, and we're moving on the the next episode.

What's new:
Fixes in the timeline logic. Now you won't be able to miss the early Forest Master lore no matter how you play through episode 1.
New scenes and dialogue lines added.
New artwork added.
New interactive items with bits of updated lore attached to them.
Small text and direction fixes.

As I've mentioned before, this is only the beginning of our work. The higher the number on the episode count, the bigger the list with fixes and improvements will get. Episode 5 will go through a complete rework, from the ground up. This time, we won't be implementing the fixes for the episodes separately since we want you to be able to experience the enhanced version of the game from beginning to end without any interruptions.

The old version of the game, however, won't disappear completely, just like we've promised. We've read your comments and you're right about the term "Director's cut" having a different meaning from what we intended here. So, as the director of both version, I'll be renaming the old one to the "Beta" version.

Thank you for your patience and continued support. Saikono[/p]

The most important update!

[p]
Hello everyone, Saikono here. I spent December of last year, January, and the first week of February of 2026 reading your comments. A lot of comments. Around six thousand of them, including comments under social media posts, podcasts, videos, and all the other possible platforms. I've been thinking. Hard.[/p][p]As a result, I realized that my vision for improving the game was far from perfect. The changes I originally envisioned were mere half-measures that didn't address the desires of our loyal fans, people who put their trust in us and in our project.[/p][p]That's why I made a harsh but, in my opinion, the only right decision in these circumstances. We'll be doing a soft reboot of the game. Not a patch, not a DLC, not something limited to cosmetic changes — we'll be making fundamental changes.[/p][p]Those changes will include:[/p][p]1. Reworked lore (inside the already set canon).[/p][p]We'll be going back to our roots. You wanted a horror story oozing mysticism, and that's exactly what we'll try to give you with shamanistic rituals and mysteries of the taiga forest. All the while not straying from the canon set in the side story comics.[/p][p]2. Better continuity of the plot. The new lore will be more coherent and will be implemented throughout the entire game, not just Episode 5 (that will get a complete rework). The game's story won’t feel like a jumbled mess.[/p][p]3. Better in-universe logic. No more jumps between the "metauniverses". Every little detail will be scrutinized, and inconsistencies will be fixed. If a videotape is in the nightstand in one of the routes, it will be there in every other route.[/p][p]4. Transparent narrative structure. We're getting rid of the story structure where you need to complete every ending to understand all the important plot points. Instead, every playthrough you do will involve all the storylines.[/p][p]5. A fresh look. A new scenario writer will be helping me with the reboot. Their task will be to bring new perspectives without ruining the magic that episodes 1-4 have created.[/p][p]We appreciate your constructive criticism and words of support. You've helped us make this decisive step forward. We'll be working hard on "Tiny Bunny: Rebuild" to better meet your expectations this time around.[/p][p]Thank you![/p][p]What do you think of the changes coming to the game? Tell us in the comments![/p]

Flowchart feature development for Tiny Bunny!

[p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p]Hey there, our tiny bunnies!
The development of the enhanced version of the game is fully underway and so we are starting a series of posts where we will introduce the changes to you, one by one. Today we're going to talk about one of the key new QoL features that we are currently testing right now, the Flowchart system!

Why implement it?
We want you to have the ability to not only experience a wide range of emotions after completing the game, but also to have a clear picture on how your decisions affected the final outcome, and which hidden scenes or choices you might have missed, as well as the ability to jump back and replay the game from a certain spot.

For now we're testing this feature for Episode 1 while doing our best to make the chart easy to navigate and read. You can have an early look on how all of that will work in the attached video.
As always, we value your feedback so please feel free to share your thoughts about this new feature with us!

We're also already working on fixing the plot, but that's a story for another post. Thank you for your continued support. Together, we'll surely make Tiny Bunny better!

What are we busy with right now?

[p]There are moments in everyone's life... when you just want the game to get better and better!!![/p][p]But seriously, we're not just sitting on our paws! Your bug reports and suggestions don't just vanish into thin air. Right now, the word master, Evgeny Sokarev, is already considering your feedback and making plans to improve the storyline. It's going to get even more interesting![/p][p]What's already done:[/p][p]Yesterday's Patch: We delivered and fixed a bunch of text errors you found. Thank you for your sharp eyes![/p][p]What we're working on right now:
Daniil Zaizulin, our programmer, while waiting for the updated script, is busy "bolting on" achievements for VK Play.[/p][p]And I, the picture master, have already started working on the graphics. Here's how I redrew the image of Anton as an adult.[/p][p]Just please, don't expect miracles from the first iteration. We're just workers doing what we can, with what we have.[/p][p]What's next: Everything continues! We're waiting for the updated script, testing, drawing, programming. All for your enjoyment of the game![/p][p]Thank you for being with us and for helping "Zaychik" (Bunny) become better. Your supportive comments and likes really charge us up![/p][p]Saikono.[/p]
