V0.4.15 BETA Update Log

Hello Mayors,

It's been 3 weeks since the last mainline update, and we're excited to bring you the 0.4.7 update! In this update, in addition to the usual BUG fixes and performance optimizations, we're also introducing new disaster gameplay, new wonders and redemption systems, new buildings, new gods, the ability to directly assign positions to residents, and an increase in land area on the map.

This update has been pushed to the BETA version on August 18th. After one week of testing by enthusiastic players in the group, it is now updated to the official branch. Thanks for your support! Please note that version 0.4.7 is not compatible with the 0.3.x series save due to logical changes to the gameplay system, including map algorithm, etc. Please use the new save or switch to the 0.3.x series version to play the old version.

To switch to a BETA or an older version: Steam Library → Temple → right click on properties → BETA → select the appropriate version (such as V0.3.7 or BETA)

New gameplay and features
  • Added disaster system and Loot Store: After successful disaster, you can get corresponding points to redeem in the store for new wonders, technology, decorations, etc
  • The Wonders system has been reworked, with new and improved effects and technologies for each wonder
  • Added tianshen Forest farm, kitchen, restaurant and other functional buildings
  • Four new wonders - Jianzhong, Forbidden City, Yellow Crane Tower and Temple of Heaven
  • Added some exotic buildings and ornaments
  • Added a number of plant appearance ornaments
  • Added the ability to use magic cards in character panels
  • Added the ability to adjust positions on buildings



Optimization and BUG fixes
  • Improved model face count for all buildings, improved game frame performance
  • Tweaked map generation rules to add a lot of land
  • Gate Wall can't stop monster BUG, added a large gate
  • Fixed a BUG where monsters would occasionally get stuck
  • Late part of the security requirements do not work BUG
  • The BUG of incorrect value after the removal of ornaments
  • BUG where the autohealth technology of the arrow tower does not work
  • Fixed a BUG where some small people might not get married
  • Fixed a BUG where the brood spawn would get stuck in the late stage

Hotfix V0.3.12

Dear mayors,

After this update, the savadata are fully compatible, and some exceptions will be listed separately; In addition to the subsequent crashes and other bugs that have to be fixed as soon as possible, we will try to reduce the frequency of updates and update more content at a single time!

Bug fix:
  • Optimized the problem of getting stuck at the end of the nest
  • Optimized the number of model surfaces and materials of a large number of residential and industrial buildings, so as to reduce the memory consumption
  • Fixed a bug where some puppets did not disappear after death
  • Adjusted the numerical output and consumption of some buildings
  • Adjusted the range and effect of large ornaments, and increased the manufacturing consumption
  • Added new building upgrade animation
  • Optimized warehouse logic to reduce performance footprint
  • Added a small amount of automatic work capability to advanced industrial buildings
  • Fixed a BUG where the buff countdown was incorrect


As for the performance optimization, we're still working on it. After the completion of this update, we will start to optimize the building modules.
